In the meantime, I gots a few questions for you Brandon. First, is there going to be another fight gone bad competition this fall? Second, I was thinking about whey protein last night and I googled when the best time to take it was…before or after a workout. Anyhow, so my search results brought up a whole bunch of links stating that whey protein is bad for you. I didn’t read any of the articles because I didn’t want to hear what those schmucks had to say. Your word is gold and I would rather hear what you think.
I know you like us to drink it right after a workout, but seeing so many articles about it at once got me wondering.

I like “Annie” – no running involved and it’s pretty straight forward in what it does for you. PLUS, I remember when I first joined CF, I couldn’t jump rope and could barely do a sit up and now I’m much better so getting a good Annie time is very satisfactory for me!
I’m so excited about Duck, Duck, GOOSE!!! Totally worth coming in for that, despite the Burpees I will have to do later.
