Front Squat 3rm
Then…
20 minute amrap with partner.
First 10 minutes of amrap is Sit ups, Second 10 minutes, movement switches to push ups.
Partner A Carries plate overhead 180m
Partner B does sit ups.
When partner A comes back in, they switch.
Score is total number of reps
