Okay, So this should go without saying, but If you intend on doing the Saturday Crossfit Games Open Wod 12.1 Tomorrow, either TAKE IT EASY ON THIS WOD, or use this as an active rest day. You have the choice of one of these two wods, warning, the GFY is pretty aggressive.

Crossfit Open 12.1 Wod Details

Dont Forget everyone who has done the Wod thus far! Log in to your Crossfit Open account, Put in your score, do it early. Because I cannot guarantee if you do it after the Sunday CF Open Class that I will catch your score in time to validate it.

Once again, the class times available to get Validated are…

Thursday 7:00pm

Friday 8:00am, 11:00am

Saturday 9:00am, 11:00am

Sunday 11:00am

The gymnastics field trip is still on for this Saturday at 2:30! its a $10 drop in fee and we will be doing all kinds of fun gymanstics type things. lol we will be meeting at the gym by 2:15

Crossfit Total This weekend! Sunday from 10:00-1:00pm

The Crossfit Total will run for anywhere from about 2 to 3 hours long, depending on how many people show up

It will run just like the Crossfit Total is meant to be run. We will have heats and warm up time, You will get 3 attempts per each lift, plan them out accordingly.

      Haha, nice video Dana. I know the guy doing it (Colin). My old tennis coach goes to that box and I’ve worked out with them before.
