There is a 5 minute cap, if you finish early that is your rest, If you do not, the number of repetitions you have done is your score.
At the 5 minute mark move directly into the next wod.
Wod #2 Clock time 5:00 – 10:00

The only rest between the two wods would be if you finish your squats early.
