Okay, lets get some teams together and represent for the Power Athlete Team Series, We already have one team going, (Aaron Bell, Carl Case, Robby Gustin, and Emily Clem.)
It is a team series, where you have a team of 4, 4 lifts, and a metcon for each lift. Power Clean, Deadlift, Back Squat, and Bench Press.
