1 Rope Climb

Rest 1:00 between rounds

*The handstand push up will be scaled to your skill level. For instance, if you can do consecutive handstand push ups, we will find a deficit that is difficult for you to accomplish a handstand push up, if you can perform a deficit handstand push up to your shoulders, we will perform a max unbroken set of handstand push ups.
