60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120/90)
10 Muscle-ups

What? Students come in, to any class, for free, at Crossfit South Bend

When? Monday August 26th through Friday August 30th

Huh? The workouts will all be “scalable” for new people, so no worries about being a little inexperienced! We are preparing for big fun classes with some challenging wods, might even be some prizes involved, I dunno.
