I just wanted to let you know about another fundraiser we will be participating in. It is one that through my involvement with Crossfit Football has come to mean a lot to me. The fundraiser is called Wade’s Army. On November 12th we will be doing the memorial workout “Wade.” Much like our goal of $1,000 for Barbells for Boobs we are setting the same high goal. If you make a $30 dollar donation you will receive a t-shirt as a thank you for your donation. If you make your donation before October 20th you will receive your shirt in time to wear for Wade’s workout. If made after that date you will receive it sometime after November 12th. I would love for everyone to be rocking their Wade’s Army shirt on November 12th. I know we are currently fundraising for Barbells for Boobs, but peoples willing to give and help out never seizes to amaze me. I know you guys won’t disappoint.

One Arm DB Thruster 50 lbs / 35 lbs – 12 reps
Pull Ups w/ the DB 50 lbs / 35 lbs- 11 reps
