10 Thrusters 100/65

10 Burpees

Note:

If you reach a total of 60 repetitions within the 4 minute time cap, your time is extended to 8 minutes

If you reach a total of 120 repetitions within 8 minutes, your time is extended to 12 minutes

If you reach a total of 180 repetitions within 12 minutes, your time is extended to 16 minutes

If you reach a total of 240 repetitions within 16 minutes, your time is extended to the final cap of 20 minutes
