What is wod for warriors?

WOD for Warriors is a functional fitness tribute workout held each year on Veterans and Memorial Day.
WOD for Warriors is a branch of Team Red, White and Blue, who uses all forms of exercise to help Veterans set and achieve goals, re-energize a sense of purpose, and form bonds with other community members to strenghten the Nation’s connection with our fighting forces.

A divide exists between military veterans and the civilian community. With the fighting force consisting of only 1% of the country’s population, that divide is growing. This fact is damaging to Veterans as they attempt to reconcile their lives as they exit the military, and face a population that many times does not understand their experience. Team RWB, and WOD for Warriors, aims to bridge that divide.
