I want to throw a damn good PR out there today, didn’t get video of it, but its on the results board below.

Ojeta got #235 for a 3 rep tempo squat, 3 seconds down, 1 second pause at the bottom of each squat, and she had more left in the tank. Damn nice job Ojeta.
