Death by Calorie Row

Minute 1 – Row 2 Calories

Minute 2 – Row 4 Calories

Minute 3 – Row 6 Calories

etc…

Increase by 2 calories every minute until you can no longer perform the amount of calories in the time allotted.

Once you fail – Rest 1 minute, then perform

Death by Burpees

Minute 1 – 2 burpees

Minute 2 – 4 burpees

Minute 3 – 6 burpees

etc…

Increase by 2 burpees every minute until you can no longer perform the amount of burpees in the time allotted.

Notes:

Your score will be your total calories rowed and total burpees performed.
