1Plan: Work on going Unbroken in Push Press sets, use box step up time as a rest

2Plan: Break Push Press into 5s, and Box Step Ups into 15s, allow 3 deep breaths between sets.

3Plan: Perform 2 rounds fast out of the gate, then slow down to a more manageable pace.
