A lot of people would like to try the Paleo diet, but they’re not sure how to cook or prepare meals. Come learn how to cook and prepare meals at the Martin’s in Toscana plaza on Saturday January 11th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. The class will be led by Darcy Bloss, who has previously done a private cooking class with Crossfit South Bend. These cooking classes are always a fun time, and everyone learns a lot about Paleo cooking and preparation. We hope to see you there. P.S.
