Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, we had to postpone the first Whole90 talk last Sunday because of extreme weather. What we’re going to do to remedy that is that we’re going to move all the Whole90 talks back one week so that you guys still get all 12 talks. Even with moving all the talks back one week we’ll still be finishing all the talks by the end of the challenge (the last talk will take place on Sunday April 6th). With that being said here is the new Whole90 talk schedule.
ALL WHOLE90 TALKS WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 6:30-7:30PM ON SUNDAY NIGHTS AT THE GYM (SEE SCHEDULE BELOW FOR EXCEPTIONS)
