Note: If you do not reach 50ft minimum, you must redo that attempt, go as long and as heavy as you can.

7 minute amrap

3 Kettlebell Swings 70/55

3 Burpees

6 Kettlebell Swings

6 Burpees

9 Kettlebell Swings

9 Burpees

etc…

Move up by 3’s get as high up the ladder as possible in the time allotted.

Kettlebell swings are american style
