February On Ramp begins tomorrow, if you are ever on the fence about giving Crossfit a try, now is the time to do it!

The first week is always free, all you have to do is click here to send me an email to let me know which class you’ll be at for the first week.

The schedule, Starting Tuesday February 4th, is 12 classes long, to be taken in succession.

Tuesday 8:30am (or) 6:30pm

Thursday 8:30am (or) 6:30pm

Saturday 10:00am
