We are so close to setting a start date for our Crossfit South Bend Weightlifting Club.

The Class days and Schedule would be as follows
Monday 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Saturday 10:00am – 11:30am
These are 90 minute classes
The program will be a 3 day a week olympic weightlifting program that will be a coached class, whereas everyone will be on the same Olympic Weightlifting program. If you would be doing the class, you may not pick and choose the dates that you arrive to the class, or do the programming off to the side on awkward open gym times. like our strength and conditioning class, you will be attending all three classes once you commit to it. We understand that you may have to skip a class or two because of scheduling conflicts, but we will not allow people to “occasionally drop in on a class” We will release full details as it pertains to the class once we get a better feel for who is interested.
We will also discuss how to mix in Crossfit with this class, as well as just doing this class by itself.
