Notes:

Prowler sprints – Start at 180/120 and build – still looking for speed, be aggressive

PC + P/PP/PJ Complexes – make sure you keep the movement honest. Every repetition in the complex ( 3 reps ea. ) count toward your score. Score each amrap separately
