10 Rounds

10 Back Squats 135/95

10 Hand Release Push Ups


Partner 1 will do one full round then Partner 2 will do one full round. Alternating back and forth till 10 Rounds is complete. So each partner ends up doing 5 total rounds

Weight must be pulled from the floor

Competitors notes:

Come in with a warm up plan for the Jerk

If you have the ability to do 15-20 good standard push ups move up to Clapping Push Ups

Try to go unbroken in your sets of 10/10
