I would love to do the Crossfit Football class if you start one. I’d be able to do evening classes. Are you having a CF football workout tomorrow around noon again or was that a one time thing?
I would be interested in CFFB. But, it would have to be at 6:30 or 7am, or 7pm. Work always gets in the way…
I’m interested…evenings starting at 5:30 or 6:00 pm would be best for me (and Saturday am.)

I would definitely be interested in a CF Football class. The time frame that would work the best for me on a consistent M,T, Th,F,S schedule would be between 12:00 and 2:30 (preferably 12:00-1:00). Another option that might work well would be to the CF Football workout either directly before or directly after the normal morning Crossfit classes. The schedule could go like this: Monday at 10, Tuesday at 9, Thursday at 9, Friday at 10, and Saturday at 10. This would be a pretty consistent schedule that would allow people who usually come to the morning Crossfit classes to keep a similar schedule. I can’t do evenings this semester.

Nick I like this quote “Perfection is unattainable, but if we strive for it, we can catch excellence” this quote telling me that I might not be close to your level but if I push as hard as I can I could at least beat you in a WOD or at least get even. I know I’m not like you obsessed about winning the game but beating u in a WOD will make me feel better about myself. 🙂

I’m guess this working will take us 35-45 minutes except to finish except Nick but I would have time limit like 25 minutes that way everyone will put as much effort as they could.Oh btw the order doesn’t matter you start with any station you want

The wod today was hard- ugh to those ring rows – good one Brandon I actually thought this was gonna be easier 😉 you proved my thoughts wrong! I believe I said after the 2nd round, you sure you dont want to change it back to 10rds and at the 6th I thought to myself , I can’t believe I’m only halfway done 😛 Glad I finished!

I work Mon Thur Fri some Sat 8-12 and couldn’t be there until 6:30 pm
Maybe we could add cffb classes to Sat/Sun?
Todays’ WOD was very hard liked the 10 minutes of free play since I never get to stick around and play around during the week and I gotta be at work at 8 am.
